
KUALA LUMPUR – Global crude oil prices fell by approximately 4-5% today, with Brent crude trading at around USD83 – 84 per barrel after market sentiment improved following signs of possible diplomatic progress between the U.S. and Iran.
On the other hand, markets are continuously observing the impact of the OPEC+ planned increased production of 188,000 barrels per day from September, while the supply growth may slow down amid geopolitical and logistical uncertainties.
