Continuum Green Energy Raises USD 450 Million via Landmark GIFT City Green Bond Issuance

INDIA – Continuum Group successfully completed a USD 450 million senior bonds under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933 through its global treasury center entity in India. The issuance comprises of USD 390 million senior bonds maturing in 2031 and USD 60 million senior fixed-to-floating bonds due in 2034. This landmark offering aims to provide the group with international capital to expand its renewable wind, solar, and hybrid energy project portfolio across India.
