SINGAPORE – Oiltek International, a vegetable oil and downstream refining engineering company, has formally submitted a secondary listing application to the Securities Commission Malaysia through principal adviser M&A Securities. The proposed offering will consist of a public issue of fresh shares as well as a private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry. This strategic approach is consistent with increased capital allocation to Southeast Asian downstream palm refining, renewable energy processing, and speciality chemical facilities along major regional corridors.
