In Bangkok—the Thai capital that topped Euromonitor International’s list of the world’s most visited cities, welcoming 30.3 million international arrivals in 2024—leading retail developer Siam Piwat has introduced NEXTOPIA, a living prototype that positions retail as an engine for sustainability, co-creation, and shared community experiences.
Moving beyond shopping or design, the concept integrates innovation and participation into everyday life, with the aim to inspire imagination and encourage dialogue around urban living.
