SELANGOR – SD Guthrie Bhd has created a joint venture with YTL Power and Bumi Assets to transform roughly 1,623 acres of land in Bukit Kerayong, Selangor, into an integrated industrial and logistics hub. The land purchase, valued at about RM933.57 million, enables the development of new industrial facilities in a desirable location near Northport and Westports. The project is planned to attract manufacturing and logistics companies, bolstering Selangor’s status as a major industrial and distribution hub. As the expansion continues, demand for industrial waste management, scheduled garbage collection, facility maintenance, and environmental compliance services may rise.
