Inta Bina Wins RM 115.65 Million Residential Contract from Sime Darby Property

KUALA LUMPUR – Inta Bina Group Bhd.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM 115.65 million main building works contract from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd for a residential development in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The 30-month project, commencing 24 August 2026, entails constructing 61 units of three-story terraced houses along with an electrical substation on Jalan Melati Kuarza 1, off the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).
