M K Land Holdings Berhad, via its subsidiary Citra Energies Sdn Bhd (a consortium with TotalEnergies Renewables SAS), has awarded a RM142.3 million Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) contract to Solarvest Holdings Berhad’s wholly-owned Atlantic Blue Sdn Bhd.
The contract covers the development of a 29.99MW solar photovoltaic plant in Mukim Padang Meha, Kulim, Kedah, under the Corporate Green Power Programme (CGPP).
According to the Business News portal, M K Land COO Frankie Chai hailed the partnership as a key step in Malaysia’s clean energy transition, while Solarvest Group CEO Dato’ Davis Chong expressed confidence in delivering reliable renewable energy to corporate consumers, supporting national decarbonisation goals.
The project strengthens both companies’ commitment to sustainable growth and renewable energy adoption.
