Phoebe Long Mei Wah, co‑founder and chief master trainer of Breakthru Academy, received the ESG Changemaker Award under the Social and Community Impact category at the ESG PLUS Awards 2025.

The award recognises her 20+ years of work in inclusive education, emotional resilience, and community well‑being—especially for neurodivergent children, youths, and families.

Phoebe is known for pioneering brain‑body movement techniques that support learning abilities, emotional regulation, confidence, and overall well‑being.

She created The Breakthru Approach with 3P.L.A.Y., a research‑informed framework used internationally for self‑regulation and co‑regulation.

Her work has empowered parents, educators, and therapists across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, India, and Japan.

She is an internationally recognised faculty member with Breakthroughs International and Rhythmic Movement Training International (USA), and is also a certified master facilitator, professional kinesiologist, and HRD Corp‑certified trainer.

Phoebe dedicated the award to the broader Breakthru community, emphasising collective effort toward a more compassionate and inclusive society.

Breakthru Academy is a Malaysian training provider specialising in movement‑based and experiential learning.
